The course takes into account Chapter V Regulation V/1-1, Chapter V Section A-V/1-1.2 and Table A-V/1-1.2 of the 2010 STCW Code and complies with the Merchant Navy Training Board (MTNB) set requirements it also satisfies part of the prerequisites as set by the UK Maritime & Coastguard Agency (COD).

Specialist Training is provided in the subjects that are deemed appropriate for the senior officers and persons charged with responsibilities that encompass—care in transit/ handling of bulk oil cargoes , loading and discharging. The course is also aimed building on the experience of personnel employed in tanker terminal and ship management by providing a greater appreciation of all the safety aspects and considerations involved in the carriage and handling of oil cargoes.

  • Must have sailed for 3 months in Oil/Chemical Tanker Vessel Prior June 2015 and with in 5 years of the time of course enrolment
